Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to lead client engagements from onboarding through ongoing delivery. This role requires someone who can manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage client engagements throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for clients
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project and service delivery
- Facilitate onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement activities
- Monitor engagement health, milestones, and client satisfaction
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Lead client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning discussions
- Drive continuous improvement in engagement processes and delivery standards
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution




- Support account growth through strong relationship management

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Engagement Management, Client Success, or Project Management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading client-facing initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in consulting, BPO, SaaS, staffing, or service-based environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
