Position Summary

The Quality Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable automotive standards while supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Quality Systems Engineer or equivalent role within the automotive industry.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal, external, certification and customer audits,



ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Develop, maintain and control quality system documentation, including procedures, work instructions and records.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA and Ishikawa.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
- Monitor Quality Management System performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
- Promote a culture of quality, standardization and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience working with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
