At Universal Logistics, we are seeking a detail-oriented Appointments Clerk to manage and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries while providing customer service. This role is critical to ensuring timely pickups, accurate shipment information, and smooth communication between customers, terminals, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

- Input appointment details accurately into our TMS.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouses, or vendors to confirm appointment times and special instructions.
- Handles communication within our dispatch department and, our customers and the delivery locations.

Preferred Qualifications

- This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. No logistics experience is required.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations is a PLUS.
- Experience in Customer Service.

Schedule
Monday to Friday : 7:00am to 4:00pm

Salary
$21,000 MXN before tax per month
