Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer (VISA REQUIRED AND ESSENTIAL) to join our team for an urgent project in USA. This role is ideal for automotive professionals with hands-on experience in inspection, sorting, containment, and rework within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment. Main Responsibilities:

- Inspection & Sorting: Perform detailed inspections of automotive parts and components to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Containment Activities: Execute containment actions for non-conforming products, including sorting, rework, and segregation of defective materials.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications; report findings to the quality team.
- On-Site Support: Collaborate with production and quality teams at customer facilities in Columbus and Cleveland to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, sorting activities, and rework performed.

Candidate Profile Required:

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in the Automotive Industry (Tier 1 supplier experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in inspection, sorting, containment, or rework of automotive components.
- Language: English Level B1-B2 (Intermediate) – Must be able to communicate effectively on-site with supervisors, team members, and customer representatives.
- Availability: Immediate availability to travel and start the assignment.
- Professionalism: Serious, responsible, and committed candidates only.
- VISA REQUIRED AND ESSENTIAL

Technical Skills:

- Automotive Parts Inspection, Sorting & Containment Procedures, and Rework Techniques.
- Knowledge and application of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).




- Quality Standards Knowledge (ISO/TS standards preferred).
- Precision Measuring Instruments: Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection equipment.
- Problem Solving: Experience preparing and leading 8D Problem Solving reports.
- Root Cause Analysis: Using 5 Whys and Fishbone (Ishikawa) methodologies.
- Corrective Actions: Implementation and follow-up of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

- Attention to Detail: Precision in identifying defects and documenting findings.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in different locations (Columbus & Cleveland).
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude to work effectively with on-site teams.
- Reliability: Serious and dependable work ethic.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Pay: $40,000 MXN per month with weekly payments.
- Travel: Round-trip flight covered (to and from the USA).
- Housing: Shared housing provided for the duration of the assignment.
- Transportation: Company vehicle assigned for local travel between sites (Columbus & Cleveland).
- Work Schedule: 40-50 hours per week (overtime opportunities available).

Not Included:

- Food, Laundry, and Internet expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.
