Job Description

The Delivery Coordinator will collaborate closely with the technical teams of the Digital Factory, the project leaders of the different domains, and the SEP Cybersecurity team, ensuring the success of digital projects commissioned by the Competence Centers of the IS department and the Data 4.0 organization of SEP.

They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-performance solutions, according to the approved schedule and meeting business requirements and SEP group standards.

- Promote the partial reuse of existing solutions through a service-based approach, or the complete reuse of solutions when possible, to optimize resources and accelerate project delivery.
- Agility to rapidly generate value for business areas (through the Centers of Competences)
- Reinforced and standardized methodology to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost deliveries, as well as satisfaction of the internal customer
- An increasingly user-centric approach

This position is strategic for the success of SEP's digital projects, the consolidation of a delivery culture focused on results, and the continuous improvement of the user experience.
Responsibilities
The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Supporting Product Owners (functional managers of the Centers of Competences) on methodology and requirements quality
- Promoting the adoption of a homogeneous and robust methodology within the Digital Factory




- Managing a portfolio of projects assigned to the Digital Factory, including:

o Receiving and validating functional requirements defined by the project leaders of the Centers of Competences
o Coordinating the scope definition team to identify the most suitable technical solution and prepare effort, cost, and time estimates
o Ensuring coherence of requirements and their proper translation into complete user stories within Azure DevOps
o Resource allocation in “squad” mode, ensuring dual competence globally, in coordination with the Business App Factory Manager and the Data Factory Manager
o Overseeing technical execution: task assignment, progress tracking, internal reporting, risk management and escalation when necessary
o Ensuring delivery of solutions aligned with business expectations and SEP technical standards
o Monitoring and updating delivery KPIs: time, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
o Ensuring clear, proactive, and effective communication with all stakeholders
o Implementing continuous improvement practices: retrospectives, lessons learned, and animating the Delivery Coordinators community

- Promote and participate in the Flight Safety Culture (SMS).

Technical Skills

- Proven experience in IT project management in agile environments, with cross-functional team leadership




- Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlog, and estimates, preferably with Azure DevOps knowledge or similar tools
- Previous experience in application development or data solutions is a plus
