Job description:

- Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners in the clinical research field. Proactively reach out to pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, CROs (Contract Research Organizations), and other stakeholders to establish connections and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic business development plans, including setting goals, targets, and strategies for revenue growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients,



outlining the benefits and capabilities of BRCR Integral in the clinical research space.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business development strategies.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor progress against targets, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research professionals, project managers, and regulatory experts, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
