Call Center Services International is looking for a Sales Trainer who will engage directly with trainees to facilitate their skills development. This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. Your primary goal is to foster a competent and knowledgeable workforce that can contribute effectively to the business' objectives.

Activities:

- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Review employee performance and learning

Experience/Requirements:
Previous Call Center Experience is required
1 year + Training experience is required
Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience ( Preferred but not required)

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses:
· Good communications Skills
· Ability to work with different personalities
· Ability to multi-task
· Fluent English/Spanish is required




· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook) required
· Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
