We're looking for a Virtual Analyst who is passionate about making organizations better. This role will work across every department of the company to identify opportunities to improve productivity, eliminate waste, streamline processes, and increase profitability.

The Role

This position is responsible for evaluating how our business operates and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create scalable processes.

You'll spend time analyzing data, observing field operations, interviewing employees, mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and partnering with department leaders to implement improvements that positively impact the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Analysis & Process Improvement

- Analyze workflows across the organization to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve profitability
- Develop and document standardized processes and best practices

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to measure business performance
- Present findings and recommendations to company leadership

Cross-Department Collaboration

- Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, Fleet, and Administration to improve business processes
- Lead process improvement projects and support successful implementation of new systems and workflows

Technology & Automation





- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize business systems
- Recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administrative work

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and analyzing operational data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence change across multiple departments
