We're 8020Recruit, a recruitment agency working across the U.S. and Latin America, and we're looking for a high-volume Recruiter who can run 10–12 interviews a day, follow up with precision, and help build talent pipelines that actually deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct 10–12 structured interviews per day (mostly 30 min each.
- Create a friendly and open environment where candidates feel heard and motivated.
- Track candidate progress and follow up if they’re missing steps (resume, assessments, availability, etc..
- Move fast — but with attention to detail.
- Keep the hiring manager updated with notes, tags, and relevant signals.
- Help us continuously improve how we interview, screen, and present talent.

What We’re Looking For

- Clear communicator: You know how to listen, ask smart questions, and guide people with empathy and confidence.
- Fast mover: You’re comfortable with volume and velocity. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Highly organized: You don’t drop the ball. You follow through and follow up.
- Process-aware: You can follow a structure, but also suggest ways to improve it.
- Growth mindset: You’re coachable, curious, and always looking to do better.

Bonus if you have:

- Previous experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish-English.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Manatal or Viterbit.
- Experience working remotely and communicating asynchronously.

This role is NOT for you if:

- You’re not comfortable with fast-paced days and back-to-back calls.
- You need constant supervision or reminders to follow up.
- You’re uncomfortable having conversations or guiding people through decisions.
- You get overwhelmed easily in high-volume environments.
