Job Summary -

This position will provide system & process support for printing department at HP, following and analysis of specific data. For this position strong analysis skills are essential. Main task: to process customer´s purchase order process and follow up. Supports day-to-day support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)

Years of experience needed - 2-3

Technical Skills:

Fluent English spoken and written.
Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.
Excellence in customer service
Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs




Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.
