Agile Program Manager (Software Delivery)

As we scale our product and engineering organization, we're looking for an Agile Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving software environments and knows how to help teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve execution, remove blockers, drive accountability, and create visibility across multiple software initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies across multiple engineering squads.
- Drive predictable delivery through strong estimation, planning, and execution practices.
- Monitor sprint health, velocity, backlog quality, and delivery risks.
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure teams are ready to execute.
- Create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for leadership.
- Maintain accurate project data and reporting within ClickUp.
- Continuously improve Agile processes without becoming overly process-driven.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution.
- Experience supporting multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, estimation,



and delivery metrics.
- Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience working within squad, tribe, or product-led organizational models.

Location: Mexico, Zapopan, Jalisco (Hybrid)

Compensation: MXN $70,000 - $80,000 net per month

Sueldo: $80,000.00 al mes
