POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a detail-oriented graphics or packaging project coordinator with fluent English, looking to manage international projects for a leading global healthcare brand?

As a Packaging & Prepress Client Coordinator at Propelis (part of the SGS&Co; / Schawk network), you will serve as the primary operational link between our UK-based account leadership and local production teams. You will manage end-to-end prepress and packaging project workflows for a world-renowned client in the dermatology and personal care sector, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines, packaging standards, and execution deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Client & Stakeholder Alignment (UK Focus): Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for UK account leads and international stakeholders, leading project kickoffs, status reviews, and brief alignments in fluent English.

- Packaging & Prepress Execution: Manage small-to-mid scale packaging projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from artwork intake and technical brief translation to prepress routing, final release, and invoicing.

- Quality & Regulatory Mindset: Review packaging brief specs to ensure high precision in artwork, text accuracy, regulatory layout standards,



and color separation required for dermatological and health/beauty product lines.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal prepress production artists, quality control, and account managers to proactively resolve production conflicts and manage scope changes (change orders/rework).

- System & Workflow Tracking: Maintain real-time tracking, timeline updates, and billing data in client portals and specialized packaging management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications):

- English Proficiency: Advanced / Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory (daily interaction with UK management and integral stakeholders).

- Industry Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination, traffic management, or client service within a packaging, prepress, printing, or graphics manufacturing environment (SGS&Co; / Schawk or agency experience is a strong plus).

- Solid understanding of the packaging artwork approval process, prepress workflows, color management, and printing methods (flexo, offset, digital).

- Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding packaging copy, labels, and strict brand guidelines.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based workflow/project management tools.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience handling packaging or graphics workflows for pharmaceutical, OTC, dermatology, or health & beauty (FMCG) brands.

- Familiarity with packaging workflow management systems (e.g., Esko WebCenter, BLUE, or propriety packaging platforms).

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication, Packaging, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
