GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Review and optimize mechanical, electrical, or electronic designs to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective to produce on the production line.

BASIC DUTIES:

- Monitor and optimize the yield rate by reducing defects and operating costs.
- Translate client requirements and technical specifications into manufacturable models and drawings
- Conduct or coordinate functional testing, build prototypes, and analyze technical feasibility
- Actively participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Work directly with the customer (OEM) or supplier to resolve technical issues, participate in validation events, and ensure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

- · Knowledge in electronics.




- · Experience leading work teams
- · Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, industrial or related.
- · English advanced.
- 7 to 9 years of experience
- Proficiency in CAD software, interpretation of drawings, analysis of manufacturing data (MES, SCADA), and design of experiments (DOE)
