Call Center Case Managers US Law Firm – On-site Queretaro

$14,000 MXN net + paid training

Scalepex is hiring full-time call center professionals for our Legal Services business line, supporting U.S.-based law firms.

What you’ll do

- Handle legal intake calls and client follow-ups
- Collect and document case-related information
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidentially
- Update case records accurately in internal systems
- Work in a structured, high-volume call center environment

Requirements

- Prior experience working in an office setting with a high workload and fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Legal, medical, insurance, or administrative office experience recommended
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Comfortable following structured processes and SOPs




- Able to work independently once trained and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable using case management systems or similar databases
- Experience with cloud-based tools, shared inboxes, and task tracking systems
- Interest in a long-term role
- Full-time, 100% on-site (Arboledas, Querétaro)
