IT Specialist / Technical Support

About the Position

We are looking for an IT Specialist / Technical Support professional responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of the company's technology infrastructure while providing excellent technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the IT equipment inventory.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access to shared network resources.
- Monitor and manage internet access and web navigation policies.
- Conduct periodic security audits and ensure data backup procedures are completed.
- Maintain and update corporate websites.
- Implement and support new technology solutions and digital collaboration tools.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
- Preferred age: 28 to 40 years.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office 365
- ERP systems
- SAI
- QuickBooks
- SQL
- FoxPro
