As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions across SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in SharePoint administration, farm architecture, PowerShell automation, infrastructure support, and migration projects across multiple SharePoint versions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in hybrid SharePoint environments, including both On-Premises and Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and will be capable of supporting enterprise-level SharePoint infrastructures and modernization initiatives.Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot SharePoint solutions using CSOM, Server Object Model, PowerShell, SPFx, and Power Platform tools.
- Configure, maintain, and support SharePoint Farms and related infrastructure components in enterprise environments.
- Execute and support SharePoint migration and modernization projects, including:
- SharePoint version upgrades
- SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations
- Content and site collection migrations
- Hybrid SharePoint environments
- Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for:
- Farm provisioning
- Administrative automation
- Monitoring and maintenance
- Deployment automation
- Troubleshooting and operational support
- Perform SharePoint environment upgrades, patching, health checks, and operational maintenance activities.
- Configure and manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, content types, metadata, lists, libraries, pages, and web parts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Analyze existing SharePoint environments and recommend improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.




- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, migration documentation, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
- Extensive experience working across hybrid SharePoint environments, supporting integrations and coexistence between On-Premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Strong experience designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint Farms in enterprise environments.
- Solid experience with SharePoint infrastructure administration, including:
- Central Administration
- Service Applications
- Web Applications
- Search configuration
- Farm topology and maintenance
- Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for SharePoint administration, farm provisioning, deployment automation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience executing SharePoint migration projects, including:
- SharePoint version upgrades
- SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations
- Content database migrations
- Tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft migration solutions is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and security models.
- Proven experience working with:
- Content types
- Managed metadata
- Lists and libraries
- Pages and web parts




- Permissions and governance models
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and/or Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to participate in technical discussions and client-facing meetings.
- Desired English proficiency level: 80% or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with Modern SharePoint Online experiences and site templates.
- Knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development using React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform solutions:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Ability to integrate SharePoint with external platforms, enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft technologies such as:
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Teams
- Azure services
- Dynamics 365
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration and governance practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
