Job description:

As a Remote Lead Setter, you must become a product expert and serve as the “voice” of the company by creating a great first impression and getting prospects excited to meet with one of our sales representative. You will enjoy this role if you are slightly competitive with a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations.

What you will do

· Talk to a wide variety of leads

· Cold call and prospect for customers that could benefit from our product/services and set up an appointment with customer to talk to one of our sales representative

· Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value

· Continually increase product knowledge by working closely with the Operations Supervisor

What you bring

· Superior customer service, and cold calling skills

· Strong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skills

· Advocate for customers and prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution-sets

· Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment





· Intermediate to advanced experience navigating multiple windows

· Versátil attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations

What You will need

· Personal Windows 10 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset (equipment not provided)

· Must pass all assessments and systems check

· High school diploma or equivalent· Ability to communicate well in English.

Preferred (Not Required)

· One to three years of outbound sales experience

· Experience working with Vicidial

Pay: $11,670.00 - $35,600.00 per month
