We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual technical Recruiter to support our recruiting operations. This role is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The idóneo candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has prior recruiting experience, and excels in communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week). Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays is preferred to accommodate candidate availability.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience posting job ads
- Previous experience screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews.




- Experience coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and following up with applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
