We’re looking for a skilled and motivated mid-level Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles using multiple recruitment channels.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Job Postings: Write and publish engaging job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and gather feedback.
- Market Research: Monitor recruitment trends and share insights to enhance hiring strategies.
- Data Management: Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date in the ATS.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition,



or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
