Job Title: Carrier Sales Representative (Transportation Logistics)

Location: Mérida, Yucatán, México

Work Arrangement: On-site

GuideOn Group of Merida is looking for a motivated and results-driven person to join our growing transportation logistics team. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in developing carrier partnerships, securing transportation capacity, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of qualified carrier partners.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates while meeting service and profitability goals.
- Source carrier capacity and match available equipment to customer shipments.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving service issues.
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure successful load execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate carrier, shipment, and pricing information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Analyze market trends and carrier performance to support competitive pricing and improve operational efficiency.
- Support carrier compliance, documentation,



and service quality while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience negotiating rates and building business relationships.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection daily.
- Advanced English proficiency (professional and conversational).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Experience in transportation logistics, carrier sales, or third-party logistics (3PL) is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting salary: $15,000 MXN gross per month.
- Performance-based salary review after the first 3 months.
- Full legal benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), etc.).

Schedule

- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
