We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented legal professional with experience in contract management and interest in technological innovation applied to the legal field.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal or contract-related areas.
- Intermediate English level (B2).
- Knowledge or experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly valued.
- Strong legal writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Interest or experience in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital tools applied to legal processes is desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage and follow up on the contract lifecycle process.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital legal records.
- Prepare reports, legal opinions, and support corporate legal strategies.
- Participate in process improvement and legal digitalization initiatives.
