Salesforce Developer Sr – Hybrid, CDMX

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 4–5 years of experience, participating in large-scale transformation projects for general clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role focuses on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.
- Develop components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4+ years).
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript.




- Experience in code debugging and solution analysis.
- Familiarity with integrations, Git, and CI/CD (nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
- Other Salesforce certifications are a plus

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Advanced English (C1) – required for client interaction.

Location & Schedule:

- Hybrid work model in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Saltillo. Remote work available in the rest of Mexico (restrictions apply).
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
