Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Verify customer information and availability.
- Route cases to the appropriate team.
- Enter and update customer information in the system.
- Support quality monitoring and follow-up activities.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Conversational English.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or a related role.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
