Ruedas Grandes is hiring a Control Tower Supervisor to oversee daily truck routing and dispatch operations at our San Luis Potosí facility. This role sits at the center of transportation, materials flow, customer commitments, and plant execution. The supervisor leads the control tower team, monitors performance in real time, and takes fast, disciplined action when things move off plan.

The role is hands‑on, data‑driven, and execution focused. Success is measured by service level performance, response speed, cost control, and strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do

- Provide real‑time oversight of inbound and outbound transportation.
- Monitor shipment status, deliveries, dock activity, and inventory movements.
- Identify risks to service or production and take immediate corrective action.
- Escalate issues clearly and early with facts, options, and recommended actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop Control Tower analysts and coordinators.
- Set daily priorities, shift coverage, and workload balance.
- Ensure standard work, escalation paths,



and communication routines are followed.
- Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as: On‑time delivery, Transportation lead times, Expedite and premium freight usage and Carrier performance
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reviews.
- Drive corrective actions and follow‑up to closure.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Prior experience in a control tower, plant logistics, or high‑volume manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TMS, ERP, and logistics monitoring tools.
- Solid Excel skills; experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Ability to analyze data quickly and translate it into action.
