About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The idóneo candidate will play a vital role in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient case progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters and maintain accurate case records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates and addressing inquiries.
- Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case-related materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with claim preparation, demand packages, and settlement documentation.
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and other case-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical requirements.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims and case management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling U.S. personal injury cases is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of insurance claims and settlement procedures.
- Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records and bills.

We are currently prioritizing candidates located in Mexico and El Salvador due to time zone alignment and client support requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17,500.00 - $22,000.00 per month
