DESCRIPTION

Job Objective: To support the creation and management of a sales funnel for infoproducts focused on personal development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and emotional transcendence. The virtual assistant will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the online sale and promotion of these products.

Responsibilities:

- Sales Funnel Creation and Management:

- Assist in planning and executing the sales funnel for infoproducts.
- Collaborate in creating content for each stage of the sales funnel, including emails, landing pages, and follow-up content.
- Monitor and analyze the sales funnel performance, suggesting improvements to optimize conversions.
- Media Management:

- Manage and schedule content on social media platforms.
- Engage with the audience on social media, responding to comments and direct messages.
- Create monthly reports on social media performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Administrative Support:

- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.




- Manage correspondence and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sales management or infoproducts.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience in managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

- Preferably female.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
