Paid Ads Account Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch) Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Ads Account Manager to join our team and manage client relationships and campaign communication. This role is idóneo for someone who is teachable, ambitious, and a clear English communicator — marketing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person on the technical side.

You'll be the main point of contact for client accounts — speaking with clients on scheduled calls, responding to emails, and helping build long-term client retention. Over time, we'll also train you on paid ads campaign creation and management.

What You'll Do

- Speak with clients through up to 7 scheduled calls per day
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally
- Build strong client relationships that support long-term retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing clear updates and responsive support
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups after each call
- Learn and eventually take on paid ads campaign creation and management (full training provided)

What We're Looking For

- Fluent English speaker (written and verbal) — this is essential




- Prior customer service experience
- A quiet, stable, distraction-free work environment for calls (no background noise)
- Reliable availability for the full schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CST
- Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls (up to 7/day)
- Some marketing experience is a plus, but not required
- Most importantly: teachable, coachable, and ambitious — we provide training

Pay: $19,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
