About the Role: The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging, learner-centered training materials and digital learning experiences. This role works closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop instructional content that improves employee knowledge and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to develop effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content.
- Create assessments, job aids, and supporting learning resources.
- Review and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend content improvements.
- Support the implementation of digital learning solutions.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development.
- Experience creating corporate learning materials.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
- Familiarity with multimedia design and learning analytics is preferred.

MUST HAVE:

- Experience designing engaging learning content for corporate environments.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
