At G-Integral, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting top talent for administrative, professional, and specialized positions. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for indirect and professional positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct resume screening and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend job offers while negotiating employment terms when necessary.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for indirect or professional positions.
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, IT, Customs & Trade Compliance, and Leadership roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong competency-based interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and talent acquisition best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate to advanced English
