Job Description

In terms of Business Processes (processes and data), Safran Electrical & Power aims to deploy best practices and ensure their continuous and sustainable improvement. The objective is to implement aligned business processes across all Business Units, supported by Information Systems when a “Best Value for Money” approach is demonstrated.

The Business Process Owner (BPO) Leader acts as a single voice for the company to design, update, reengineer, and continuously improve business processes in alignment with the company's business vision and strategy. The role contributes to federating the Ewins BPO organization and ensuring overall process consistency and coherence at company level.

The BPO Leader reports hierarchically to the Information Systems Domain to which the position belongs and interfaces closely with the Business Process Improvement (BPI)



organization and the Domain Chairman. The role maintains strong interactions with Deployment coordinators, Key Users, Module Leaders, Heads of Projects, Operations leaders, integrators, other Business Process Owners, and Heads of Centers of Competence.
