Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus additional broad specialized training equal.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must have good written and verbal skills.
- 3 to 5 year's experience in the Accounting Field
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting Functions
- Understanding of Financial Reporting and Accounting Systems
- Computer skills including Excel

Resposabilities: Maintains accounting records, including fixed assets, interfaces with outside auditors, prepares government reports from tax, assists in budget preparation. Hires, trains and evaluates employees. Detail Payroll.

Detail General Ledger. Balances all reports . Makes journal entries and enters into CRT to run financial reports. Maintains microcomputer spreadsheets for various accounting analyses,



gainsharing calculations, inventory cost, and other reports. Calculates and checks work sheets preparatory to closing general ledger. Posts, balances, and reconciles general ledger accounts. Processes financial statements. Reconciles Profit Sharing Allocations spread spreadsheet.

Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
