Remote Customer Service Representative – Outbound Calls (Work From Home)

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to homeowners.
- Educate customers about available electric bill savings opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately communicate program information and answer customer questions.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude on every call.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Work independently while staying engaged with the remote team.

Qualifications

- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Previous customer service, call center,



outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones are not supported).
- High-speed, dependable internet connection.
- Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
