Job Description

The Industrialization Manager is responsible for leading the transition of new products, processes, or technologies from development into full-scale production.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization, with leadership experience in complex projects.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing technologies.
