Job Description
Responsible for a mechanics team, the production supervisor ensures that the production objectives are met for his/her team by following the activity in the shopfloor. He/she is responsible for the achievement of the productivity rate, ensuring the training of his/her assigned team, the discipline, and to make sure the operators have the correct tools to execute correctly their daily duties, always following the HSE and Quality requirements.
This position is in a shift pattern, and may work 3rd shift.
Job Requirements
TSU or Engineering, with relevant experience.

Ensures HSE requirements are met by each operator in his/her assigned team.
Ensures quality procedures and instructions are followed by his/her assigned team.
Ensures processed parts targets are met by each operator in his/her assigned team.
Folows the OJTs and training needs for the operators in his/her assigned team in timely manner.
Follows the hour declaration of his/her assigned team, and challenges the output.
Controls the assistance and reports incidences of his/her assigned team in timely manner.
Ensures all working tools / consummables / supplies are available for te correct execution of the activities of his/her assigned team.
Ensures the correct application of the TPM activities consigned to his/her assigned team.
Coordinates the application of the QRQC methodology of his/her assigned team.
Participates in the root cause analysis and improvements of the line. Ensures improvement ideas are implemented and documented correctly.
Ensures correct RIT compliance.
Follow-up of payroll incidents with the personnel in charge
