Job Title: SAP Security & GRC Consultant.

Location: Remote in Mexico.

Start Date: ASAP.

Length: 1+ year.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of SAP Security experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM/Firefighter).
- Experience supporting SOX, internal, and external audits.
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SAP risk analysis.
- Experience with GRC rulesets, mitigating controls, and risk remediation.
- SAP ECC and S/4HANA Security experience.
- User/Role Administration and Transport Management experience.
- Ability to work with auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP user and role administration.
- Support incidents, enhancements,



projects, and system changes.
- Design and maintain SAP authorizations in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Perform GRC impact assessments and ensure compliant role design.
- Execute and monitor SoD risk analysis and mitigation activities.
- Support internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
- Maintain and improve SAP Security and GRC controls.
- Manage SAP Security patch validation and implementation.
- Serve as the primary SAP Security & GRC contact for Audit, Compliance, and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP Security and compliance processes.
