Comprehensively cover Customer Service functions, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-up on orders and customer needs. In Purchasing, ensure the timely supply of raw materials and spare parts for the extrusion lines.

Customer Service Responsibilities

● Manage the customer order portfolio, coordinating vigente delivery times with Production.

● Proactively communicate order status, changes, or delays to customers.

● Coordinate product pickup and inbound logistics for customers.

● Manage product complaints or claims together with Quality, following up through to closure (including 8D or RMA when applicable).

● Support export documentation for each shipment (invoices, packing lists, certificates).

● Support quotations and demand forecasting together with Sales and Production.

● Track the On Time Delivery (OTD) compliance indicator.

Purchasing Responsibilities

● Manage MRP and MRO purchasing.





● Negotiate prices and delivery times with domestic and import suppliers.

● Follow up on foreign trade documentation under the plant's IMMEX program.

● Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on the supply of critical spare parts for the extrusion lines, avoiding unplanned downtime.

● Maintain updated inventory control of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.

● Manage the Tool Crib.

● Conduct annual evaluation of critical suppliers.

Additional Requirements

● Strong working knowledge of IQ is required for this role.

● Proficient level of English is required.

● Candidates will be required to take an assessment/exam as part of the selection process.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
