Client Intake & Appointment Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time | In-office
Monthly Salary: $15,000 to $17,000 MXN
English Level Required: Advanced or Fluent

Position Overview

We are hiring a Client Intake & Appointment Specialist (Bilingual) for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara. In this role, you will communicate with potential clients, gather basic information, and schedule appointments with our legal team.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will guide them through the initial intake process while ensuring all information is accurately recorded.

Important: This is an on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct the intake process by collecting basic client information
- Ask structured questions to understand each client’s situation
- Qualify prospects based on basic service criteria
- Schedule and confirm appointments with attorneys or specialists
- Enter client information and notes into the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and confirm scheduled appointments




- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

- Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience in customer service, intake, appointment setting, or call center roles
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic experience using CRM systems or similar tools
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara
