As an HR Connection Sr Analyst, you will support Tier 1 HR activities, helping ensure a positive employee experience and the effective delivery of People Services. This role requires an HR professional capable of coordinating and executing key processes related to pre-boarding, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and other Tier 1 employee lifecycle activities.

This role provides guidance, support, and coordination for activities related to new hires, from pre-boarding and onboarding preparation through the successful creation and maintenance of employee files. The HR Connection Sr Analyst will also address and resolve Tier 1 employee inquiries and requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and employee-focused support. This role helps ensure consistent follow-up of HR policies, procedures, and practices within Mexico Operations, while supporting an employee-oriented and high-performance culture.

- Support Tier 1 HR inquiries and employee requests, providing timely, accurate, and employee-focused guidance as a first point of contact.
- Coordinate and execute new hire activities, including pre-boarding, onboarding preparation, documentation, and follow-ups to help ensure a positive and organized onboarding experience for new employees.
- Engage with benefit vendors to support the accurate and timely enrollment of new hires and assist with benefits administration activities.
- Create, update, and maintain employee files for new hires and current employees, helping ensure documentation is complete and aligned with checklist requirements.
- Coordinate physical file storage with the vendor and maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and tracking in line with internal procedures.




- Engage with new hire managers to support readiness of required tools, onboarding activities, and related follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the payroll team by sharing new hire, lateral movement, and promotion notifications, and support talent development initiatives, process improvement activities, and ad hoc HR tasks as needed.
- Monitor and validate timekeeping data within the UKG system, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payroll processing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Desirable experience managing employee administration workforce Systems
- General understanding of Mexico employment practices and HR regulatory requirements, with the ability to follow established procedures and escalate when appropriate.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
- Appreciates and understands the need of confidentiality in dealing with all HR matters.
- Questioning the status quo and thinking “outside the box” to improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; proficient English is required and Portuguese is desirable.
