JOB VACANCY: CALL CENTER AGENT

Location: Hospital Joya Riviera, Actual Vallarta

Requirements:

- Experience in sales and customer service
- Advanced conversational English (minimum mandatory level: B2; native speakers preferred)

Schedule:

On-site / Full-time Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM –6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview:

As a Call Center Agent at our fertility clinic, you will be responsible for promoting our services to potential patients. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in our treatments, providing them with guidance and support throughout the decision-making process, and handling the final stages of the sale.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset




- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer and digital tools proficiency
- No medical background required
- Adaptability and stress management

Monthly Salary:

$15,000 MXN + Legal benefits + Performance-based commissionsOpportunity for long-term employment
