We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics performance. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, preferably within an e-commerce environment, and is capable of leading teams while driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Support peak-season planning and execution, particularly in high-volume e-commerce operations.
- Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers when applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Previous experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid U.S. visa with availability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing high-volume fulfillment operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and logistics optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
