Job Opportunity: Collections Representative [2 Days Off/Sunday guaranteed ]

Location: Av. Paseo de la Reforma 26, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX (7 min away from metro Hidalgo/Juarez)

Requirements:

- Advanced English level (verbal and written)




- At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
- At least 6 months of collections experience
- Commute time (No more than 1 hour from the site)
- Good computer skills

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers regarding oustanding balances and offering solutions.
- Mantain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
