General Overview

The HRBP Jr. / Key Account Supervisor acts as the strategic bridge between our recruitment engine, international clients, and our workforce. This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring a blend of Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP) and Service Delivery (KAM).

You will be the primary point of contact for external clients, ensuring that the talent provided by our recruiters is effectively linked to the best-fit opportunities, while maintaining flawless operational control over personnel administration and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Matchmaking: Act as the filter and bridge between the recruitment team and clients; evaluate candidate profiles and present the most viable talent to external stakeholders.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, providing support, follow-up, and high-level solutions for their hiring and HR needs.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise assigned personnel across different accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Talent Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; negotiate schedules, salaries, and work modalities for new hires.
- HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, attendance incidents, vacation requests, and terminations.
- Payroll: Collaborate in reviewing payroll logs and incidents to guarantee 100% data precision before processing.
- Consultancy:



Diagnose talent needs within business units and provide guidance on climate, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in roles such as HRBP Jr, Key Account Supervisor, or Service Delivery Lead (preferably within staffing or outsourcing industries).
- Language: Native-like or advanced English (C1-C2) is mandatory. You must be able to hold complex negotiations in English.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor law basics, payroll incidents, and hiring/termination processes.
- Tools: High proficiency in Talent Management Systems (TMS) and administrative software.
