As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Human Resources team in Mexico and help us attract top talent to support our expanding operations.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and highly communicative professional to manage bilingual recruitment processes, candidate documentation, and key recruiting metrics while contributing to a dynamic and results-driven HR team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency required (all interviews and daily communication will be conducted in English)
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to commute to our offices in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (100% on-site position)





Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle operational recruiting processes
- Source, screen, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Organize, verify, and audit candidate documentation
- Maintain and update talent databases and recruiting records
- Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress and hiring documentation
- Monitor recruiting metrics and contribute to hiring goals and departmental objectives
