Transaction Consultant – Corporate Real Estate (Mandarin & English)
About the Role
We are looking for a Transaction Consultant to support corporate real estate operations for a global client. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with strong Mandarin and English skills, even if they are at an early stage in their career.
Versátil work model: remote, hybrid, or onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Not restricted to Mexico City
Key Requirements
- Advanced Mandarin (required)
- Advanced English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Open to recent graduates
- No previous work experience required
What You’ll Do
- Support and document end-to-end real estate transactions
- Track and follow up on lease expirations across LATAM (e.g., Buenos Aires and other locations)
- Help structure and maintain visibility of the LATAM real estate portfolio
- Contribute to market analysis and strategic planning
- Provide insights on market conditions, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
