Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in management or supervisory roles.
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in the Automotive and Metalworking (Metalmecánica) sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Metal Stamping processes, Painting process,
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams of 50+ members.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English (Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a production team of 50+ personnel, ensuring safety and peak productivity.
- Oversee metal stamping operations, maintaining high-quality standards for the automotive supply chain.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and minimize downtime.




- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with automotive quality certifications.
- Manage resources efficiently during the Monday-Friday shift to meet production targets.
