DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Lead cloud architecture assessments under Google RaMP framework.

Evaluate existing cloud deployments and provide modernization recommendations.

Build assessment artefacts including architecture diagrams, target-state views, and gap analyses.

Work closely with security, networking, and data SMEs to deliver holistic recommendations.

Support PoCs for modernization, resiliency, and migration pathways.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, with at least 5+ years working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE (Kubernetes), VPC, IAM, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
- Proven experience leading cloud architecture assessments, cloud maturity evaluations, or cloud governance reviews.




- Ability to assess existing cloud environments and define modernization, migration, and resiliency strategies.
- Experience producing architecture artefacts such as current-state and target-state diagrams, gap analyses, and technical documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside security, networking, and data teams.
- Ability to support and lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) related to cloud modernization and migration initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Experience working in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical recommendations to stakeholders.
