Job Description

The Process Engineering Leader has the responsibility to lead and mentor a team of process engineers to drive process
improvement initiatives.
The leader is responsible for the development and implementation of process strategies that align with company goals and
objectives.

Job Requirements

- Analysis and interpretation of technical information
- Manufacturing and special processes
- Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T;)
- Project planning
- Quality management, continuous improvement and trouble shooting tools

- Ensure that personnel is trained, skilled and assigned to tasks corresponding to their abilities
- Implement and monitor methodologies and tools for process control
- Support in New Industrializations
- Manage, develop, collaborate, and execute strategic projects for the development of the shop
- Technical Problem Solving (Troubleshooting)
