Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career

As a Revenue / Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of U.S. healthcare providers. This position is adecuado for professionals with experience in insurance claims, billing, finance, or structured operational roles who are ready to grow into healthcare revenue cycle management.

You will receive comprehensive training in U.S. healthcare billing systems and payer processes. While prior healthcare experience is a plus, it is not required—strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work within defined workflows are key to success.

What You’ll Do

Claims Processing & Payment Management

· Submit insurance claims according to client- and payer-specific guidelines

· Review claims for accuracy to minimize rejections and delays

· Monitor claim status using payer portals and billing systems





· Post insurance and patient payments accurately to accounts

Denial Resolution & Follow-Up

· Correct and resubmit denied or rejected claims following payer rules

· Review account balances and perform timely follow-up

· Investigate and resolve basic claim issues

· Escalate complex issues with complete documentation when needed

Process Adherence & Quality

· Consistently follow client-specific workflows and quality standards

· Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

· Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current on processes

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

· Work closely with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues

· Apply feedback and training to continuously improve performance

· Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment

Who You Are

Education & Experience

· High school diploma required

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

· 1+ year of experience in claims processing, medical billing, accounting, or financial operations required

· Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a strong plus

· Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English

· Ability to follow defined processes while applying sound judgment
