We are looking for junior technology professionals interested in participating in a paid intensive Software Engineering Academy focused on Backend Development, FrontEnd Development, and Quality Engineering.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, IT support, service desk, technical support, call center, or customer service environments.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Java.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience or exposure to manual testing or automated testing is desirable.
- Advanced conversational English (minimum C1 level).
- Full-time availability during the academy period.

Work Model

- Remote academy during the training phase.
- After successful completion of the academy, participants will transition to an onsite work model in Monterrey, Mexico.
- Candidates from any location in Mexico are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Monterrey at their own expense after the academy.
