Job Description

A Team Leader Electrical Engineer is responsible for managing engineering teams, overseeing electrical system design and integration for aircraft or spacecraft, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and driving innovation in avionics and power systems. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring both engineering proficiency and strong team management skills.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical engineering within the aerospace industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace electrical systems, avionics, and certification processes.
Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CATIA, Mentor Graphics).
English Bilingual
